Thanks for choosing Pacific Breeze Australia. These Terms explain how our digital products (e-books, printable guides and online courses) may be used and what to expect when you purchase from us.

1.     ACCEPTANCE
By purchasing or using our digital products you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not purchase or use the products.

2.     WHAT YOU’RE BUYING
Our digital products include, but are not limited to:
• Downloadable e-books and PDFs (A4 + US Letter formats)
• Mini-courses delivered via streaming (ThriveCart or hosted LMS)
• Printable cheat-sheets and templates

3.     LICENCE & PERMITTED USE
• All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use unless a separate licence (affiliate / white-label) has been agreed in writing.
• You may download and print material for your own use.
• You may not copy, share, sell, publish or distribute the content.
• Copyright and ownership remain with Pacific Breeze Australia / Teresa Gratkowski.

4.     PAYMENT & REFUNDS
• Payment is due at the time of purchase.
• Digital products are delivered instantly. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
• If you have a technical issue (download failure, broken link, playback error), contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

5.     INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All text, images, templates, video and course content are protected by copyright. You may not create derivative works or republish content without written permission. Contact us for licensed reseller options.

6.     PRIVACY SUMMARY
We collect the information needed to process orders and deliver your purchase (name, email, billing info). We do not sell your personal data. You may receive product updates and occasional marketing emails - you can unsubscribe at any time. For full details, see our Privacy Policy 

7.     LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY
• Our products are educational and for inspiration. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee specific results.
• Pacific Breeze Australia and Teresa Gratkowski are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the materials.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8.     CHANGES
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on our website. Continued use of our products indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
