Refund policy

Returns Policy for Physical Items

Items for return or exchange need to be in their original condition - unworn, with original labels attached and all accompanying accessories and any applicable wearing instructions included, within 30 days of delivery.

Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

We will willingly refund the cost of the goods, excluding postage, or organise an exchange.

If you experience any defects in workmanship, we need to know and will take the item back for a full refund (including refund on return postage) or exchange.

 

How to Return an Item

Contact Us and we will email you our Returns Form.  Remember to advise us whether you want an exchange or a refund.

Please remember to include your original order number when communicating with us.

 

The Refund / Exchange Process

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item, and will be made using the same method that the original payment was made.

We recommend returns are sent back by recorded delivery, as Pacific Breeze Australia Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Always retain proof of postage.
